Can a custom feeder size be made?

It is not possible to make modifications to the size of the base or bowl, they are standard measurements.

Can the Ollie Feeder be kept outside the home?

It is not indicated. The wooden base has a protective layer of moisture from splashes that may occur when our pet drinks water, but it does not resist large amounts of humidity. Despite its protective layer, it is still a wooden product that must be protected from the elements. , since fungi or deterioration of the wood can occur.

On the other hand, ceramic bowls can lose their color with constant sunlight.

It is not possible to embroider or engrave your pet's name on the leash.

No, it is a product designed for dogs.

The rope collar does not have a safety plate and the rope and hardware can be heavy for them.

We do not handle payments on delivery anywhere in the country.

Through our WhatsApp or Instagram you can make payments through Bancolombia or Daviplata transfer.

Through our website we receive payments with credit cards, PSE and other means of payment!

 

Is it possible to pick up the product from a location if I need it urgently?

Yeah! This is only possible for Medellín and Bogotá.

We work hand in hand with a Logistics Service who are responsible for the storage and shipping of orders.

To be able to access this you must contact our WhatsApp line or our Instagram, where we will provide you with all the information.

You must make the purchase at least 2 hours in advance.

IMPORTANT: Make payment for your purchase and send us the receipt before going to the warehouse, since the Logistics Service DOES NOT receive payments.
